Our Project

Projects That Stand the Test of Time

For over three decades, Geotechnique Pty Ltd has partnered with developers, councils, and contractors across New South Wales to deliver reliable geotechnical and environmental engineering solutions. Our projects reflect a commitment to quality, safety, and real-world practicality — ensuring every design, test, and recommendation is grounded in experience and precision.

Woodrif Street, Penrith

Geotechnique assessed ground conditions and provided geotechnical recommendations on the design of retaining structures and footings of a new residential building with seven storeys above ground and two levels of basement car park, requiring up to about 6.0m deep excavation.

King Street, Randwick

Geotechnique assessed subsurface and groundwater conditions, including groundwater modelling, to develop a Geotechnical Model for a site in Randwick and provided geotechnical advice on site dewatering and design of tanked basement with secant piles and footings of four new residential buildings with three to five storeys above the ground and two basement levels of car park, requiring about 6.0m deep excavation.

Oratava Avenue, West Pennant Hills

A site in West Pennant Hills with potential risk of landslides is proposed to be subdivided for residential development.

Nepean Avenue, Penrith

Heavy rainfall in 2022 triggered a landslide in the Nepean River that extended across the entire width of the site.

Waterside Greens, Cranebrook

Waterside Green development covers an area of about 73 hectares and consists of constructing more than 700 residential and commercial buildings, a community hall, noise walls, bridges, internal roads and several lakes, measuring about 20ha in area, in low-lying land affected by high groundwater levels and the presence of saline and sodic soils.

Sydney West Link Upgrade

Geotechnique provided geotechnical investigations, subsurface drilling, and pavement design for the Sydney West Link upgrade. The project involved complex soil conditions and required slope stability and foundation analysis to ensure long-term structural integrity under high-traffic conditions.
